HOW TO GET CONSTRUCTION BUILDING PERMIT IN MARIKINA CITY

list of REQUIREMENTS on getting a construction building permit (marikina city) :

1. Five (5) Sets of construction Plan prepared, signed and sealed:

           a. By a duly licensed Architect or Civil Engineer, in case of Architectural and Structural plans;

           b. By a duly licensed Sanitary Engineer or Master Plumber, in case of pluming, sanitary installation plans;

           c. By duly licensed professional Electrical Engineer, in case of electrical plans;
           d. By a duly licensed professional Mechanical Engineer, in case of mechanical plans;
2.Duly accomplished Building permit application form with signed and sealed by a Licensed Architect/Civil Engr. In case of full time inspector &     supervisor of construction works (Box 2 & Box 5) & Box 3 applicant and or authorize representative. 
3. Duly accomplished Electrical permit application form with signed and sealed by a Licensed Prof. Electrical Engineer in case of electrical permit 
4. Duly accomplished Sanitary/Plumbing permit application form with signed and sealed by a Licensed Sanitary Engineer or Master Plumber in     case of sanitary permit 
5. Duly accomplished Mechanical permit application form signed sealed by a Licensed Prof. Mechanical Engineer in case of Mechanical Permit. 
6. Xerox copy of PTR/PRC ID of the Engrs./Architect who signed and sealed the plans.
7. Five sets of Location Plans with vicinity Map (Signed & Sealed by a Licensed Geodetic Engineer)
8. Five copies of construction specification (signed and sealed by a Licensed Architect/Civil Engineer)
9. Five copies of Bill of Quantities of Materials with Estimates (signed and sealed by a Licensed Architect/Civil Engineer) 
10. Structural Analysis Design Computation (For Two (2) storey and above) with the signed and sealed by a Licensed Civil/ Structural engineer 
11. Soil analysis (For three (3) storey high and above) 
12. Certified True Xerox copy of transfer certificate of title (TCT) coming from Registry of deeds
13. Xerox copy of tax declaration
14. Xerox copy of tax receipt for the current year
15. Barangay Clearance
16. Homeowners Association clearance /Community Relation Office (CRO) Clearance in the absence of a registered homeowners association. 
17. Approved Locational Clearance/permit issued by planning office/2nd floor city hall
18. Construction logbook
19. Mayor's permit of the contractor/ engr./architect in charge of the construction / Marikina Business Permit and Licensing Office window 35 
20. Notarized contract of leased (if the property is not owned) or notarized written authorization letter from the lot owner/ to utilized construct       within the property 
21. Construction clearance from the developer (optional)
22. Other National Government Clearances as required; e.g Development Permit coming from HLURB Approved Construction Safety Health       Program coming from DOLE Department of Health Clearance (DOH) Air Traffic Clearance (ATO) National Telecommunication Company       Clearance (NTC) 

NOTE :
No person, firm or corporation, agency or instrumentality of the government shall erect, construct, alter, repair, move, convert or demolish any building or structure. (Chapter 3, Section 301 of PD 1096 or National Building Code)
